Within the walls of Busker Brownes, you will find three somewhat different bars but all having one thing in common – top class service and settings. Inside the front door is our main bar, a large, spacious and modern area with assorted seating and levels. By day, business people, shoppers and tourists alike take time out to unwind in Buskers. We offer a wide range of coffees, beers and wine and serve an extensive menu from 10am to 9.30pm. But by night, when the lights are turned down, Buskers is one of the hippest bars in the city.
Off the main bar one will find ‘The Slatehouse’, dating back to 1615 - a quaint, cosy and more traditional bar that exits out onto the medieval Kirwans Lane. With its stove fire, slate flooring and homely atmosphere, its popularity is understandable.
Upstairs, on the third floor, ‘The Hall’ can be found! A magnificent space with stone walls, high ceilings and leaded windows, this room becomes the most popular party venue in Galway at night. To host a party here, we offer free room hire, free DJ and Free finger food!
