From time to time the Galway Latin Quarter offers an exceptional deal: a MegaDeal!

Because these deals are epic, there is often a limited number of them. In that case we offer the MegaDeal like a sweepstakes; you apply with your email address via Facebook and we pick the winners at random.

In general, these terms and conditions apply:

1. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
3. The Galway Latin Quarter's business owners, business owners' families, employees and anyone affiliated with the Galway Latin Quarter, including 3rd party agencies are not eligible.
4. The winners will be determined at random.
5. All entrants must enter a valid email address in order to claim their prize. This is a requirement by Facebook and does not affect your statutory rights.
6. The winners will be (a) notified via their valid email addresses within 5 days of winning and (b) announced on the Latin Quarter Facebook wall.
7. The prizes are non-transferable.
8. If a winner cannot be contacted to claim their prize within 24 hours then the prize will be forfeited.
9. The Galway Latin Quarter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules will be disqualified.
10. We reserve the right to alter, amend or end this competition without prior notice in the event that circumstances make this unavoidable.
11. The GalwayLatin Quarter and their agents accept no responsibility for any technical difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this competition.
12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Galway Latin Quarter and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for contacting the winners of this promotion and other related promotional options.
13. Persons entering the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
14. The prize is not made in conjunction with any other offers.
