The Latin Quarter

The Galway Latin Quarter are putting together a *massive* Christmas hamper filled with gifts and vouchers from Galway's favourite restaurants, shops, bars and hotels.

And we're giving it all away to our web and Facebook fans (remember to "Like" us)!

This competition will run from Saturday 10th December until Wednesday 28th December at 6pm, 2011 and is free to enter.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
2. The hamper vouchers can not be exchanged for cash
3. The terms and conditions relating to each individual voucher are governed by the related business. The Latin Quarter takes no responsibility for the terms of the individual vouchers.
4. Employees (and their families) of The Latin Quarter and all 3rd party agencies connected to this competition are not eligible to win any of the competition prizes.
5. Users may enter this competition as often as they wish.
6. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
7. The winners will be determined at random.
8. All entrants must enter a valid email address in order to claim their prize. This is a requirement by facebook and does not affect your statutory rights.
9. The winners will be notified via their valid email addresses within 5 days of winning and also announced on the Latin Quarter Facebook wall and on the users Facebook wall
10. The prizes are non-transferable.
11. If a winner cannot be contacted to claim their prize within 24 hours then the prize will be forfeited.
12. The Latin Quarter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules will be disqualified.
13. We reserve the right to alter, amend or end this competition without prior notice in the event that circumstances make this unavoidable.
14. The Latin Quarter and their agents accept no responsibility for any technical difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this competition.
15. Persons entering the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
